- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Define brand positioning, unique selling propositions (USP), and messaging.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Develop and manage marketing plans for both in-house and distributed brands.
- Oversee creation of marketing materials (product brochures, visuals, digital assets).
- Coordinate and manage trade marketing activities for retail and distributor partners.
- Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns.
- Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
- Oversee websites ensuring products and information is kept up to date.
- Oversee influencer partnerships and collaborations.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Responsible for collating all customer enquiries, assessing the feasibility of the project, ensuring all product requirements are met before passing the enquiry on to the product development team and relaying the information back to the sales team.
- Create and manage project timelines for all customer enquiries to ensure on-time delivery of new product launches.
- Responsible for cross referencing prices received to the customer brief to ensure all product requirements are met before passing information to the sales representative.
- Plan and manage promotional activities (discounts, bundles, giveaways, seasonal campaigns).
- Organise brand-related events such as product launches, trade shows, and in-store activations.
- Attending key trade fairs to help build in house and customer brands.
- Work with PR agencies and media partners to secure brand exposure.
- Manage brand budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance of brands and products.
- Provide regular reports on marketing spend, campaign performance, and sales impact.
- Work closely with sales teams to align brand strategies with retail and distributor goals.
- Collaborate with e-commerce team for online product visibility and sales optimisation.
- Communicate regularly with senior management on progress and performance.
