- Ensuring systems stay up to date in accordance with database protocols and guidelines.
- Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers
- Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages, database experience is desirable.
- Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols.
