- Drive outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and other digital channels to generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to tailor messaging and engagement strategies.
- Engineering market analysis to enhance value proposition and development of key differentiators
- Own and execute our digital marketing strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage content that showcases our engineering expertise, solutions, and success stories.
- Monitor analytics and continuously optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Lead generation management, campaign development using website management, social media and email marketing.
- Develop and post thought leadership content that positions us as innovators in engineering services.
- Engage with industry communities, influencers, and partners to amplify our voice using events, brand communications and advertising.
- Stay ahead of trends in engineering, sustainability, and digital transformation to inform content strategy.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and digital marketing, ideally within engineering, technical services, or industrial sectors.
- Strong LinkedIn expertise for both outreach and content marketing.
- Excellent research and communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working across teams.
