About the candidate:The successful candidate will hold relevant qualifications at Level 2 or higher and be able to:
Promote inclusion and wellbeing of all children
Engage and support children in their learning through a variety of strategies, adjusting activities for the pupil they are working with to support leaning styles and individual needs.
Feedback to teaching staff regarding progress and outcomes.
Have the ability to work constructively as part of a team.
Have a positive approach to managing behaviour.
Develop positive relationships with children, staff and parents to promote the progress and attainment of children.
Set high expectations for themselves and the children they work with.
Provide intimate care according to our Intimate Care Policy.
Show flexibility and draw on a range of strategies in helping pupils achieve positive outcomes in their learning.
