- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document business needs.
- Apply UX principles to ensure that all solutions are user-friendly and meet the needs of end-users.
- Work closely with data engineers, technical leads, product owners, and reporting teams to define requirements and validate outputs.
- Advocate for agile and design thinking with the design thinking approach, and mentor colleagues in these skills.
- Collaborate on POC and implementations of AI and automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain documentation of processes, business rules, and automation logic to support transparency and governance.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices, participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
- Identify opportunities to reuse existing functionality, simplify processes, and leverage configuration to accelerate solution delivery.
- Software development and design experience
- Proven experience in marketing, client service or sales
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Process Engineer in a large institution.
- Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies.
- Experience with UX and design thinking principles and practices.
- Experience working in Agile teams, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex processes and identify new ways of working
