As the Account Planner - Programmatic Optimisation you are responsible for supporting the Programmatic team in all aspects of commercial activity, to help build professional and positive relationships with the digital marketplace and ultimately grow demand across programmatic OOH for JCDecaux. You are accountable for assisting with the delivery of our programmatic campaigns. This role sits at the heart of JCDecaux’s digital transformation.
You will need to understand the programmatic marketplace, be technically minded, and have superb attention to detail. You will work closely with the Account Director - Programmatic Optimisation to ensure that we deliver best in class campaign execution for our customers.
This role is expected to evolve as programmatic revenue grows. We’re looking for someone who can be flexible in their approach, and who is happy to adapt to a constantly evolving environment.What you'll be doing...ImpactTechnical Knowledge
- Support with technical DSP onboarding process
- Support with technical troubleshooting conversations with our DSPs & digital buyers
- Setup PMPs in a timely manner to deliver strong customer service
- Constant tracking and monitoring of live campaigns against expected performance
- Contribute to managed service campaigns in partner platform
- Monitor creative delivery to alert for moderation and be the buy side liaison for incorrect creatives
- Campaign debugging with efficient resolution that minimises commercial impact
- High attention to detail to provide accurate administration and campaign reporting
- Proactively identifying any issues with client campaigns, assessing the issues using standard procedures and making sound decisions to resolve.
- Advise market of availability and liaise with commercial teams to proactively promote underperforming areas
- Demonstrate initiative in day to day role for example, problem solving to deliver client needs and proactively helping the team.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to work alone and be part of a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on standard methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confident communication skills when speaking with all levels. Developing colleagues' and customers' understanding of the process and outcomes
- Ability to implement or support execution of multiple campaigns to a high standard demonstrating attention to detail and capacity to work at pace.
- Confident working to deadline, offering a high level and accurate service
- Demonstrable capability to perform effectively under operational challenges and time constraints.
- Understanding of programmatic ecosystem preferable
