- Work closely with the AM/AD to help develop a campaign brief.

- Support the development of exceptional, award-winning planning work.
- Be a go-to source of energy and insight in the team.
- Support implementation of "fewer, bigger, better" strategy through Category holistic media strategy and measurement (including Retail Digital Media & Search).
- Support coordinating responses across channels, thinking in systems not silos.
- Support coordinating campaign best-practice with more junior members of the team.
- Challenge the ordinary and help our team produce great work.
- Develop a solid understanding of Nestlé's business, marketing, and the role media plays within it.
- Be a confident communications planner who demonstrates a clear understanding of our OpenMind's Planning approach.
- Develop an understanding of digital, data, and marketing technology, and how we use them to drive growth for our clients.
- Be the go-to expert in your team for audience and category insight, ensuring all work we develop is evidence based.
- Ensure we have a seamless working process between the Comms & Implementation Planning.
- Contribute to OpenMind culture in the team - great planners with clear goals, objectives, and development plans.
- Work with GDS (Biddable Digital Team) to ensure they are integrated seamlessly within planning processes and implementation processes.
- Work with retail team to help integrate capabilities into everyday planning.
- Good knowledge of the nuts and bolts of media (some digital experience/exposure would be great).
- A thirst for learning about technology, trends, media, people, brands and the industry.
