
HSE Systems Advisor

- Ensure that the HSE Systems are robust and also support the HSE Data Analyst with the continuous improvement
- Support in the creation and distribution of HSE Communication materials (Bulletins, Alerts etc.), in house training courses, assist with ad hoc HSE Events
- Support on HSE Systems value testing and implementation
- Lead on BMS updates for the HSE Systems Manager with the HSE team and subject matter experts to ensure continuous improvement
- Act as a point of contact for queries supporting the wider HSE team with systems queries and improvements
- Ensure that the incident management system is used, managed and maintained correctly
- Support and guide on various HSE matters
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the sites, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice
- Deliver continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environmental standards and practices
- Focal point for Automation HSE Advice
- Proven track record of delivering HSE improvements
- Knowledge of ISO Management Systems: ISO 14001,45001 and 50001
- Experience of running/auditing HSE management systems
- Understanding of safety culture development.
- NEBOSH General as a minimum, ideally working towards NEBOSH Diploma/NVQ level 6
- Self-starter/able to work on own initiative
- Good at working with people at all levels
- Computer literate, with good understanding of MS Office packages
- Good analytical skills
- Resilience, ability to work under pressure
