- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Complete reconciliations including bank and supplier statements.
- Process accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset postings.
- Manage purchase ledger and company credit card transactions.
- Support cash management, intercompany transfers, and payment runs.
- Assist with audit preparation and ad hoc finance projects.
- Act as first point of contact for supplier queries via shared inbox.
- Previous experience in a finance role is essential.
- AAT qualified or studying (or equivalent) desirable.
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables advantageous).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Hybrid working (2 days from home).
- Early finish on Fridays.
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service).
