- Develop new prospective clients across all the agriculture sectors within Cereals & Oilseeds, Soft commodities and fuels.
- Attend relevant Agri-industry events/forums
- Educate and sell hedging strategies to businesses with commodity risk.
- Drive new business through warm lead, referrals and previous relationships
- Collaborate with the trading team to deliver tailored solutions
- Experience and knowledge of the agriculture sector
- A client base whom you have built relationships with over time and able to transfer across.
- Self-started mentality - Structured and Independent
- Credibility and confidence to build relationships
- Commercial acumen and consultative skills
- Full driving licence
