- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs using the P Scales curriculum.
- Implement effective teaching strategies catering to diverse learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create comprehensive student support plans.
- Create a positive classroom environment through proactive behaviour management.
- Provide personal care and support to students as needed.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in school events and meetings.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven UK experience teaching students with SEN (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Strong understanding of the P Scales curriculum
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with diverse learning needs
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Legal right to work in the UK
