  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual student needs using the P Scales curriculum.
  • Implement effective teaching strategies catering to diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create comprehensive student support plans.
  • Create a positive classroom environment through proactive behaviour management.
  • Provide personal care and support to students as needed.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
  • Participate in school events and meetings.
RequirementsWe're looking for you, if:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven UK experience teaching students with SEN (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Strong understanding of the P Scales curriculum
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children with diverse learning needs
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Legal right to work in the UK
