Our dedicated consultants will work closely with you, listening to your preferences and helping you find the perfect role in your local area.As an SEN Teacher, you will be working with students who have a range of needs, including Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), ADHD, and Autism.Key Responsibilities
- Tailored Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are customised to the individual needs of your students.
- Curriculum Delivery: Expertly deliver lessons based on the P Scales curriculum.
- Positive Relationships: Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster a supportive and secure learning atmosphere.
- Behavioural Support: Use creative and effective strategies to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment.
- Personal Care: Provide personal care support to students as required.
- You must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- You must have UK-based experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.
- Availability to work five days a week, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required, or you must be willing to apply for one.
- You must have the legal right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- You should have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Immediate availability is a must.
