- Martech Stack Optimization, Integration, Management & Administration: Oversee the integration and ongoing management of key marketing technologies, ensuring seamless data flow, optimal system performance, integration across the full tech stack and high adoption rates.
- Martech Selection & Implementation: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of marketing and BDR technologies, ensuring solutions meet business needs, drive efficiency and integrate well within the existing tech stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, IT, sales operations, sales enablement, and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and optimization of martech solutions.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure the marketing technology strategy is aligned with overall business objectives and supports both marketing and sales goals.
- Sales Enablement Partnership: Collaborate with sales enablement to drive adoption and effective use of martech tools (e.g., increasing BDR engagement with platforms like 6sense for hot account follow-up & increased conversion rates to booked meetings).
- Martech Consolidation: Identify opportunities to streamline and consolidate the martech stack, reducing complexity and maximizing ROI.
- AI & Innovation: Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, especially AI-powered tools, and champion their adoption to enhance automation, insights, and campaign performance.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing technology management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Deep understanding of marketing technology platforms (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, ABM, sales engagement, analytics, and AI tools).
- Proven experience integrating and managing complex martech stacks.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT, marketing, sales enablement, and business development teams.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to build business cases for new tech investments and explain complex technology in business terms to key stakeholders.
- Ability to align martech initiatives with business objectives and measure their impact.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data and technology to solve business challenges.
- Highly curious, proactive, and eager to explore and implement new technologies, especially in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Salesforce certified (bonus).
