- Leading 360° marketing campaigns to drive awareness, registrations, and leads for flagship B2B events
- Planning and executing strategies across digital channels, including email, paid social, search, content, and partnerships
- Collaborating with in-house teams to develop creative content and compelling messaging
- Using data and analytics to optimise campaign performance and maximise ROI
- Managing campaign timelines, budgets, and (where relevant) a junior marketing exec
- Building strong relationships with media partners, associations, and key stakeholders
- 3 -5 years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally in large scale exhibitions/conferences
- Proven ability to plan and deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels
- A solid grasp of email marketing, digital advertising, CRM and automation tools
- A data-driven mindset with a focus on results and continuous improvement
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
- Comfortable working at pace, balancing multiple priorities, and taking initiative
- Some experience mentoring or managing others is a bonus
- Lead the marketing for high-profile, international B2B events
- Work on campaigns with real scale and visibility with thousands of attendees (some of the events have 20K+ attendees)
