  • To support the BAU Delivery of Assignments of income and Client Servicing Agreements (CSAs), and to support relevant process developments across Partner Finance as applicable.
  • Case manage Assignment & CSA transactions in line with Commercial Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy and Consumer Duty.
  • To provide advice and guidance (consultancy) to the FMT and Partnership on all aspects of the Partner Finance Operations proposition, particularly matters relating to Assignments and CSAs.
What you'll be doing:
  • Support BAU Service Delivery (Assignments and CSAs) within appropriate SLA's and agreed risk/control quality framework, and help develop solutions to improve the end-to-end Partner service experience. For Assignments and CSAs, this covers all transactions involving an SJP-owned entity (principally SJP Wealth Management and SJP PCP), in addition to Deceased Partner cases.
  • Compile valuations for SJPPCP and SJPWM-owned income streams under agreed process and quality control framework.
  • Case manage Assignment & CSA cases in line with Commercial Policy, Conflict of Interest Policy and Consumer Duty (to support good client outcomes). Ensure correct contract type is used in each transaction.
  • Attend “Leavers & Client Servicing Solutions (L&CSS)” forum; and support note taking of decisions and/or actions arising from these sessions.
  • Develop strong relationships with key divisional, FMT and admin centre stakeholders to ensure a smooth pipeline of new & existing cases.
Essential Criteria
  • Must have Excel skills, macros, etc
  • Experience in an Operations or a similar high workload environment
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal to a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Good problem solving skills
