
Project Co-Ordinator

- Liaise with customer and/or customer representative regarding assigned orders.
- Liaise & coordinate with all internal LBB departments regarding assigned orders.
- Provide assistance with the creation of project plans for communication and control throughout project.
- Ensure timely order status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with monitoring project actual costs against estimates or budgets.
- Maintain project admin, registers and files
- Provide input for proposals, order variations, clarifications & change requests.
- Identify and support process and system improvements including status reporting.
- Co-ordinate and participate with customer visits to LB Bentley & visits to customers own facilities.
- Support customer complaints, returns & aftermarket functions.
- Assist with OTD & month end reporting.
