- Proposals Guru: You'll be the driving force behind our cost proposals, from initial ideation to final delivery. This includes leading proposals for new business and collaborating with third-party vendors to get the best possible estimates.
- Contracts Champion: Take charge of drafting and managing a variety of contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Orders. You'll ensure every detail is perfect and that all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Project Navigator: Lead the critical handover meetings, bridging the gap between our proposals and service delivery teams. You'll provide clear direction, anticipate potential risks, and help improve our processes.
- Mentor and Innovator: We're looking for someone who can not only manage complex projects but also mentor junior team members. You'll help shape our team's future and support the company's growth.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in both clinical research and contract management.
- Skills: You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Mindset: You’re a natural leader with a keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
