Job Description:Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an international organisation in Bristol on the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner to join the team on a full-time and permanent basis.Our client is a long-established and well-regarded business, currently undergoing significant change and are excited to be hiring for a Finance Business Partner to join the team. Based in Bristol city centre, you will be required in the office for 2-3 days per week.We are open to candidates, who are either currently working in a Big Four practice and looking for their first move into industry, or individuals who are currently working as industry business partners looking for a new challenge.Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include but are not limited to:
  • Acting as an adviser to senior leadership in the business.
  • Challenging and supporting business performance through real time analysis and insight.
  • Translating financial data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Driving change to meet operational, commercial and financial goals.
  • Reviewing project profitability and supporting commercial bids.
  • Supporting audit processes.
Your Profile:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Ideally, you will have experience working in a Big Four accountancy practice.
  • Exceptional people skills, able to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Strong proven experience of owning and delivering on projects.
  • A proactive individual who is solution orientated and motivated by process improvement and change.
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced and changing priority environment.
