Start Date: September
Shift: Full-time, long-termYour Primary Duties:
  • Adapting the English curriculum and teaching methods to cater to the unique needs of your students.
  • Implementing and adjusting alternative literacy frameworks to facilitate student progress.
  • Cultivating a secure, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Developing strong, positive relationships with students, their parents, and colleagues.
  • Employing effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive and focused atmosphere.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A minimum of six months of relevant experience is essential.
  • Experience teaching students with a variety of special needs, particularly Autism, ADHD, Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), is highly beneficial.
  • You must have an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one.
  • You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
