- Partner with a development lead who provides consultancy advise and support, ensuring the team delivers both technical consultancy and product sales effectively.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine and enhance the D2C commercial approach.
- Oversee the integration and growth of technology services to leverage agri-tech innovations for business expansion.
- Significant experience in a commercial or sales leadership role within the dairy sector, with exposure to both product sales and consultancy services.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement comprehensive growth strategies that translate market data and insights into measurable outcomes.
- People management skills with an engaging, inclusive leadership style, capable of motivating and leading a complex, diverse sales and commercial team.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, confident in building and maintaining senior-level relationships both internally and with key large dairy farm customers.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with a commercial mindset, able to balance high-margin consultancy offerings alongside high-volume product sales.
- Comfortable operating within a complex organizational structure, collaborating effectively across UK dairy leadership and global teams.
- Experience in scaling medium-sized enterprises or driving significant business growth is highly desirable.
