
Engineering Manager

- Drive equipment efficiency to ensure optimum availability
- Develop, embed and drive PPM schedules using Maximo systems
- Provide guidance and leadership to the engineering team
- Be accountable and lead investigations and RCA's ensuring all preventative actions are completed efficiently
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the engineering department
- Collaborate with other department heads to align engineering strategies with business objectives
- Manage and control departmental expenditure and labour spend within agreed budgets
- Experience within a similar role within the FMCG industry
- Electrical Engineering background preferred with relevant degree (advantageous)
- Demonstrable experience in identifying and implementing continuous improvement methodology
- Excellent problem solving skills

- Strong leadership acumen with the ability to hold people to account
