- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Offer guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.

- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations cases.
- Deliver training sessions for staff on HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive workplace culture.
- A strong background in employee relations and human resources.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
