Location: Cornford Lane, Pembury, Kent
Hours of Work: Full-Time (40 hours per week) - 2 positions available
Hourly Rate: £12.80 - £13.38 per hour depending on experienceWhat you can expect from us:

- We will support you with regular access to, and supervision with, a Positive Behaviour Support Specialist as well as with your line manager, and the opportunity to complete a L3 accredited PBS qualification.
- A PBS Support Worker should be:
- Able to work with the PBS team to create and follow behavioural management strategies
- Able to source and establish an activity planner.
- Experienced in de-escalating difficult situations in a calm, positive and proactive way
- Physically fit
- Not be afraid to try new things
- Resilient
- Able to actively support, promoting independence
- As a member of our team, you should have:
- Experience of working with people with a learning disability and/or Autism
- Experience of working with people who may display behaviours of concern. A willingness to learn new skills and receive feedback through regular observations and coaching sessions from our PBS Specialist team.
- A willingness to complete PBS qualifications - this requires at least
- L2 English and Maths
- Ideally have a UK driving licence and be able to drive a company vehicle
- Experience with PBS
