- Client and Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and on-site teams, maintaining clear communication and positive relationships.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials and resources are available, managing workforce allocation for each project.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards, conducting site inspections to monitor safety and quality.
- Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, manage costs, and prepare regular progress and financial reports.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical advice on ductwork installation, modifications, and troubleshooting to support project success.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and direct project teams, including subcontractors, on-site personnel, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the ductwork, HVAC, or building services sectors.
- Strong understanding of ductwork systems and installation processes.
- Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with industry software (AutoCAD or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance within construction or building services.
