
Project Manager

- Participate in client-facing meetings to define project requirements and scope, offering value-engineered solutions where applicable
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to inform project planning
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, including labour and resource allocation
- Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, Excel, or equivalent planning tools
- Attend pre-construction meetings with clients to align expectations and timelines
- Lead and coordinate on-site project teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure all projects are delivered safely on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Provide regular progress updates and proactively address any project-related issues
- Manage project budgets and track expenditure, ensuring financial accountability
- Ensure all work complies with MOD regulations and CDM (Construction Design & Management) requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, specifically within reactive maintenance, small works, or refurbishment projects
- Proven experience conducting site surveys and translating findings into actionable plans
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to produce accurate and detailed cost estimates
- Competence in creating project programs and overseeing full project life cycles
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certification
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and health & safety regulations
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Monday – Thursday, 07:30 – 17:00
- Friday, 07:30 – 16:00
- 45-minute unpaid break
- 15-minute paid break
