- Advises on resource planning, tech adoption, and process alignment as a strategic thought leader.
- Leads cross-functional collaboration, bridging executive strategy with operational execution.
- Develops KPIs and analytics frameworks to track initiatives, assess risks, and optimize strategies.
- Conducts in-depth market and industry analysis to support high-impact strategic decisions.
- Reviews business cases and proposals using data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.
- Offers expert guidance on complex business, technical, and design challenges across functions.
- Prepares and presents strategic reports to leadership, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and actions.
- Builds strategic relationships across functions, using negotiation and influence to drive key initiatives.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business, Economics, Science, Engineering or equivalent
International Business or equivalent * Medtech experience or experience working for s strategy consultancy focusing on medtech with functional or P&L execution responsibility combines for 12+ years
- Experience in cardiac monitoring and/or hospital monitoring and commercial operation
