This is a new post that will be supporting the development and delivery of best practice contract management for the Council’s portfolio of Emergency Accommodation (EA) contracts.You’ll play a pivotal role in:
  • Managing our portfolio of emergency accommodation contracts with precision and care
  • Working closely with providers to strengthen housing management processes
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services meet high standards
  • Driving best-practice approaches to service delivery
You’ll be working alongside a team that sources, books and manages emergency accommodation when households face homelessness and need urgent support.What We’re Looking For:
  • Solid experience in contract management, compliance, and KPI monitoring
  • Confidence with tenancy management and housing processes
  • Outstanding communication skills to build trusted partnerships with a range of stakeholders
  • Sharp organisational abilities, and a proactive and solution-focussed approach
