
Senior Finance Manager

- Leading month-end activities and preparing management reports for Board and client presentations
- Enhancing and maintaining profit and liquidity forecasting processes
- Partnering with functional leads to deliver insightful departmental reporting
- Collaborating cross-functionally to provide financial challenge and commercial insight
- Supporting transactional activity and integrating acquisitions into business-as-usual
- Automating finance reporting using Power BI or Microsoft Tableau
- Reviewing finance processes and controls to ensure relevance and alignment
- Working with the Senior Management Accountant to maintain ledger and system integrity
- Qualified accountant with strong technical and commercial acumen
- Experience in high-growth environments with process and control development
- Understanding of corporate, group, JV and LLP accounting structures
- Ability to meet Group deadlines and work within a large corporate setting
- Collaborative team leader with excellent communication skills
- Energetic, motivated and detail-oriented approach
- Strong IT and presentation capabilities
- Property and Real estate sector experience, however social housing is not essential
