- Owning the full lifecycle of strategic opportunities, from market research to deal execution and integration.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive overview of potential acquisition and partnership opportunities both across Europe and globally.
- Supporting financial modelling, valuation analysis, and commercial assessments to inform balanced, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver thorough due diligence and smooth transaction processes.
- Preparing investment cases, board materials, and strategic presentations that inform and engage executive leadership.
- Contributing to post-acquisition integration planning, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Nurturing strong relationships with founders, investors, and advisors to maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Assisting with broader corporate initiatives such as capital raising, investor communications, and strategic planning.
- An extensive background in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategic consulting, with experience across the full deal lifecycle - from opportunity identification to execution.
- A practical, insight-led approach to translating strategy into sustainable growth.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, with experience creating and interpreting valuation models, market assessments, and business cases.
- Worked with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform thoughtful decisions.
- Worked in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. You're adaptable, organised, and able to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining focus and collaboration.
- A strategic mindset as well as commercial awareness, with a clear understanding of Numan's long-term vision, patient needs, and the broader market landscape. You're able to zoom out for context while remaining hands-on in execution.
- The ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, with strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. You're comfortable facilitating discussions, listening with intent, and helping diverse teams align around shared goals.
- Experience or interest in the healthtech or digital healthcare space.
