- Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Supporting the lettings process from start to finish
- Meeting and exceeding targets
- Experience in residential lettings (preferred)
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Customer-focused and well-presented
- Familiarity with the Wokingham area (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence
- Professional, motivated, and proactive attitude
