As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the face of the lettings team – helping prospective tenants find their ideal home, and landlords secure the best tenants. You’ll play a vital role in managing the full rental process from initial enquiry through to move-in, and will be rewarded with a highly competitive commission structure for your success.Lettings Negotiator Key Responsibilities:Registering prospective tenants and understanding their needsArranging and conducting property viewingsLiaising with landlords and maintaining strong relationshipsNegotiating tenancy terms and processing rental applicationsAchieving and exceeding monthly lettings targetsManaging tenancy progression through to move-inKeeping up to date with lettings legislation and compliance requirementsWhat They Are Looking For:Essential:Previous experience in a lettings or sales role (estate agency preferred)Excellent customer service and communication skillsDriven, target-oriented and motivated by commissionConfident and professional with a proactive attitudeFull UK driving licence
