- Overseeing the process of WorkSafe consumables orders, from initial purchasing through to delivery and completion.
- Keeping project records and files organised and up to date.
- Acting as the point of contact with suppliers to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
- Sharing updates on expected delivery timescales and flag delays to the wider team.
- Providing logistical support for deliveries and export arrangements.
- Preparing and managing the necessary shipping and export paperwork.
- Arranging uplift of goods by clients and liaising with freight forwarding partners.
- Tracking delivery milestones and ensuring key dates are met.
- Raising purchase orders and coordinating with finance and warehouse colleagues.
- Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks to support the Digital Team’s activities.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping administration.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Confident communication skills to work with suppliers, customers, and freight providers.
- Proactive problem-solving approach to handle unexpected challenges.
- Knowledge of export and shipping documentation would be advantageous.
