
Group External Reporting Manager

- Produce Complex Consolidated Financial Statements: Prepare and review consolidated Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements for a complex group, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations along with meaningful and insightful analysis of movements.
- External Presentations: Lead the preparation of various external presentations for a number of audiences, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and delivered within strict timeframes.
- Audit Coordination: Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations to support the financial statements.
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls over financial reporting to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate financial results and insights to senior management, board members, and other key stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the consolidation and reporting processes, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA).
- Strong audit background.
- Proven experience in producing complex consolidations, including the preparation of P&L statements, Cash Flow statements, and Balance Sheets.
- Strong time management and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Anaplan.
- Experience with Lucanet.
