- Lead the production and updates of the Group Business Plan and regulatory returns.
- Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, loan drawdowns, and covenant compliance.
- Maintain accurate accounting for CHC plc and support statutory reporting.
- Provide strategic financial insights and ensure compliance with treasury policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including funders and auditors.
- CCAB-qualified accountant with at least 3 years post qualification experience.
- Significant Social Housing experience.
- Business planning and treasury experience.
- Experience with Brixx, Poval and SQL.
- Experience completing appraisals.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Remote working with occasional travel to our Peterborough office.
