- Ensure margins are monitored and invoicing completed within the set timescale
- Ensure clients portals are up to date with paperwork
- Invoicing
- Collating information for reports to send to clients
- Strong, confident communication skills
- Proactive and energetic attitude
- Previous experience working in an office environment
- Organisational skills
- Microsoft Office skills - particularly Excel and Outlook
- Have great investigative and problem solving skills
