  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner, with a deep understanding of the full HR lifecycle
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders and provide strategic HR solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels
  • Expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organisational development
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering practical and effective outcomes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional certification
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within a complex, fast-paced environment
