- Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and lease renewals.
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients on property-related conflicts and risk mitigation.
- Working with the Head of Property in Leeds and the wider Property group in London
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
- Contribute to business development efforts through participation in networking events and legal seminars.
- Strong academic qualifications in law and admission as a solicitor in England and Wales.
- Experience managing a caseload of property litigation matters and likely to have around 1 to 3 years PQE.
- Likely to be coming from a large regional, national or international law firm.
- Ties to Yorkshire
