Job Description:Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth SaaS business entering an exciting scale-up phase. They are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to help shape the next phase of their growth.This is a strategic and operational finance role, reporting directly into the C-suite, offering excellent exposure and the opportunity to make a tangible impact across the group.What's on offer
  • Base salary: £80,000 - £100,000
  • Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus
  • Working model: Mostly remote with occasional travel (UK)

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all day-to-day finance operations including management accounts, technical accounting, AP/AR, payroll, and group consolidations
  • Partner with the C-suite on financial strategy, budgeting, and internal controls
  • Own the development of finance systems in collaboration with the in-house tech team
  • Deliver high-quality board reporting and key financial performance insights
  • Oversee tax compliance, foreign currency planning, and treasury management
  • Support external audits and ensure robust financial governance across the group
About You
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 3-5+ years' PQE
  • Proven experience in SaaS, FinTech, FS, or fast-growing tech-led environments
  • Solid background in group reporting, consolidations, and multi-currency operations
  • Proactive, hands-on and excited to thrive in a start-up/scale-up setting
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
