A successful and growing, multi-site SME within the hospitality sector is seeking a Financial Controller to join their finance team.Role & responsibilities:
  • Monitor profitability and provide analysis to support expansion decisions
  • Support in commercial decision-making
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls across multiple locations
  • Lead annual budgeting processes
  • Oversee internal controls and risk management
  • Liaise with external auditors and oversee year-end statutory accounts
  • Manage stake holder relationships - internal and external
  • Manage and develop the finance team
  • Implement and improve systems and processes
  • Oversee training and support to site managers on financial procedures
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple trading sites
  • Produce consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career with an exciting and growing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role - at Finance Manager or Financial Controller level and possess excellent communication skills, along with a commercial mindset.
