We are working exclusively with a highly regarded multi-disciplinary law firm based in the heart of Leicester City Centre, renowned for its supportive team culture and commitment to professional development.About the Firm:Our client is a well-established, full-service law firm offering expert legal advice across a broad range of practice areas. The firm is known for its approachable, down-to-earth ethos and is proud to deliver high-quality legal services to a loyal and growing client base.Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to expand their Family Law Department with the addition of an experienced Paralegal.The Role:As a Family Paralegal, you will be supporting solicitors on a varied caseload, which may include:
- Divorce and separation matters
- Child arrangement and custody cases
- Financial settlements
- Domestic abuse injunctions
- Legal aid and private client files
- Minimum 6 months' experience working in a Family Law role (either legal aid or private work)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confidence in client communication and empathy in handling sensitive issues
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Legal qualifications (LPC or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential
