- Manage our weekly planning cycles for Gaming at William Hill to ensure that our activity is running smoothly to time and budget.
- Contribute to the gaming delivery for all customers, liaising with other teams such as Data & Delivery and our central CRM ops function to ensure that plans are executed flawlessly.
- Be comfortable with data and able to recommend tactical tests to ensure that we are continuously improving.
- Have meticulous attention to detail to review, proof and approve communications ready for broadcast.
- Work with our in-house experts on our targeting and creative technologies, to stretch their capabilities to give our customers truly amped up experiences.
- Represent this activity in clear and compelling ways that can be cascaded through the business and upwards.
- Work closely with our Safer Gambling and compliance teams to ensure that all the above is carried out to the highest possible standards of safety for our customers.
- Key to this role is the ability to be comfortable with and participate in significant change, seeking clarity in often ambiguous situations.
- Knowledge of CRM related systems and processes, communications delivery environments.
- Work in complex matrix managed environments with a proven ability to manage stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving commercial success whilst putting the customer at the heart of communications, gained in a similar position agency or client side.
- Previously used Moveable Ink technology or similar (desirable).
- Familiar with GDPR & can navigate other regulatory requirements.
- Technical knowledge of databases, HTML, JAVA & ESPs.
