£40,000 - £45,000We're seeking a Product Designer to join an established in-house team and play a key role in shaping digital products that deliver real impact. This is an opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end design process, working closely with research and product teams to turn insights into seamless, user-centred solutions.The Role
- Translate research findings and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final design assets.
- Partner with product managers, developers, and researchers to bring new features to life.
- Contribute to design systems and ensure a consistent look, feel, and experience across products.
- Present and explain design decisions clearly, using evidence and best practices to guide discussions.
- Balance creative problem-solving with an eye for detail, ensuring designs are both practical and delightful to use.
- Experience in a Product or UX Design role
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong end-to-end product design skills.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with developers and stakeholders.
- Strong communicator, able to express ideas clearly and confidently.
- Stable career history with solid company experience.
