
Contract Management Support - Expression of Interest

- Maintaining accurate contract records, logs, and audit trails in accordance with public sector and NHS SBS standards.
- Inputting, tracking and maintaining contract data in digital platforms, including CEMAR and associated document management systems.
- Scheduling and supporting contract meetings, taking and circulating minutes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Supporting with communication and coordination between contract managers, project teams, and suppliers to deliver consistency and clarity.
- Making sure that records, documentation, and contract variations are accurately maintained to support regulatory and audit requirements.
- Supporting contract-related tasks across multiple live projects, including the use of Primavera P6 for timeline and achievement updates.
- Shown experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a commercial, procurement, or project environment.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with tools such as CEMAR and Primavera P6.
- Strong skills in effectively prioritising multiple responsibilities across various teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working in or supporting NHS or public sector organisations.
