This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in health and safety administration, looking to grow their career within a dynamic, multi-disciplined environment.About the roleKey Responsibilities:Administrative Support:Manage Health & Safety filesComplete and maintain risk assessmentsLog incidents and ensure appropriate follow-upHandle day-to-day health and safety requirementsRecord-Keeping & Reporting:Maintain compliance and training trackersGenerate regular reportsSupport with GDPR documentationUpdate fire safety and accident logsTraining Coordination:Schedule training with external providersMaintain and update the training matrixEnsure certifications are up to date and correctly filedTeam Support:Assist the Senior Health & Safety Advisor, Managers, and DirectorsSupport system and documentation managementTake part in inspections and Health & Safety Committee meetingsLiaise with external contacts where requiredQualifications & Experience:Essential:NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and SafetyPrevious experience in a health and safety admin role, ideally within a large, multi-disciplined organisationAccess to a car and a full, clean UK driving licenceAbility to prioritize workload, communicate well, and handle confidential information appropriately.Desirable:Experience in sectors such as property, construction, or related fieldsAbout the companyThe Conway Group started in 1974 with PJ and Tillie Conway establishing PJ Conway Contractors Limited.
