Tremendous opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer with at least 8 Years' PQE to join this niche commercial practice and work for household name clients whilst dealing with high-quality work in a modern and forward-thinking work environment. You will be afforded the opportunity to work on a hybrid working basis and work flexible hours. Ideally, this firm is seeking a Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner to help deal with the existing work that they have in place and to assist with the growth of the department.PQE (8 Years' + PQE)

Continuous Learning & DevelopmentThe work is all commercial and includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a broad range of commercial agreements to include: confidentiality, supply, distribution, NDA's, JV's, purchase, agency, franchise, IT outsourcing, licencing and finance contracts. You will need to have a solid foundation in commercial contracts / commercial work and a background within a commercial law firm, public sector department or in house legal department.Great package includes a basic salary from £80,000 - £120,000, flexible start and finish times.
