
Contract Operations Analyst

- Key resource supporting daily business operations (end to end contract management, contract settlement, invoicing, providing input for PnL reporting among other tasks.)
- Engage in projects in close cooperation with our key internal customers in the UK, Amsterdam, Oslo and Dusseldorf (Commercial, Technical and Finance teams)
- Establishing reliable interfaces by working in close cooperation with internal and external customers
- Contribute to our continuous improvement principle, identifying potential synergies between new and existing business and prepare our processes for future growth
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for business processes, ensuring transparency and continuity.+ Assure high quality billing - create, verify and manage settlement of commercial and industry stakeholders
- Track cash allocations and debt positions
- Perform month-end closing tasks
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- Initial experience in an operations-focused role within the energy sector
- Exposure to the UK energy market; willingness to develop a solid understanding of PPA and Retail market
- Basic knowledge of contract management, market communication, or settlement processes is beneficial
- Familiarity with SQL for basic reporting and data analysis; interest in learning Python or other scripting languages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
