We're a fast-growing MEP contractor delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical installations across commercial, residential, and pharmaceutical sectors in Greater London. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to add a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to our commercial team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting.Measure and value MEP works in progress and final accounts.Liaise with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.Assess and manage variations, change orders, and claims.Contribute to procurement and tendering processes for subcontract packages.Maintain compliance with contract terms and commercial controls.RequirementsDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.Minimum 3+ years' experience in an MEP/Building Services environment.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Familiarity with standard forms of contract (JCT, NEC).Proficient in cost management software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
