Ocean Housing Group Ltd is seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join our Resources (Finance) team and help shape the future of affordable housing in Cornwall.πΌ About the RoleAs Finance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial information across our group of companies. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll lead on:
- Monthly management accounts, KPIs, dashboards, and cash flow projections
- Budget preparation and monitoring
- Financial systems development and training
- Supporting year-end financial statements and regulatory returns
- Leading project accounting for development schemes
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing finance team
- Level 5 qualification or equivalent
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA)
- Proven experience in management accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in social housing finance
- Advanced VAT knowledge
- Commercial and housing IT systems experience
