The Senior HR Advisor will play a pivotal role in providing expert HR guidance, supporting the Human Resources department, and driving key initiatives within the business. This is a fast paced role and offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a forward-thinking environment.
  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job design, candidate selection, and onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management procedures and provide coaching where necessary.
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy improvements.
  • Provide guidance on training and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities
  • Provide insight on OD, Workforce planning and Talent Management
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and retention
