- Manage shared inbox, responding to all enquires in a timely manner
- Provide quotations
- Follow up all customer requests
- Maintain database
- Work in partnership with team and internal departments
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent IT skills, including Word and Excel, experience on Sage would be an advantage but is not required.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and requests with professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
